The Call of Tibia is a consumable item that can help players at a critical moment in their fights in Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree. Where the DLC added new weapons and spells, it also added new consumables for the handful of players that utilize them.
Players can obtain this item, and craft it, once they reach Charo's Hidden Grave in the DLC. There, they need to beat a miniboss to obtain the recipe and farm the location for certain crafting items before they can make the Call of Tibia.

Where to Find Call of Tibia in the Elden Ring DLC
To craft the Call of Tibia, players need the Tibia's Cookbook, an item that drops from a Tibia Mariner in Charo's Hidden Grave. Players can reach this region once they've defeated the first boss of the DLC, the Divine Beast Dancing Lion.
The Tibia Mariner will be found in the first lake of the region, teleporting between the upper and lower portion of the area it spawns in throughout the fight. Players can easily get defeat the boss by following certain strategies and targeting the Mariner's weaknesses. After defeating this particular Mariner, players will get the Tibia's Cookbook, as well as the Gravekeeper's Brainpan.

How to Use Call of Tibia in SOTE
An ancient ceremonial tool that uses a grave keeper's skull as a catalyst. Craftable item. Uses FP to summon one lost in death at the spot that it is thrown. The creature spins and mows down foes in the vicinity three times before dissipating. The dead have long been left to wander; what they need is leadership.
The Call of Tibia is a consumable item in Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree DLC that summons a single skeleton that spins three times before disappearing. This item can be used at range to deal a decent amount of damage to enemies.
It only consumes 14 FP, a small number compared to the damage that players can deal in turn, which makes it a great tool for players who don't have a lot of other ranged options. Since the summoned skeleton does spinning attacks, it can also hit multiple enemies if they are close together.

How to Farm Gravekeeper’s Brainpan
Since the Gravekeeper's Brainpan drops from the Tibia Mariner that players fight in Charo's Hidden Grave, it might seem like an incredibly rare item that only bosses drop, but it's not. While it is rare, it occurs as loot on the ground in Charo's Hidden Grave and can be easily farmed. Here's an easy route from the Charo's Hidden Grave site of grace, next to the lake where the Tibia Mariner first spawns:
- Head east from the site of grace to reach the first set of tombstones on the ground. You will find a Gravekeeper's Brainpan here.
- Keep heading east until you hit the boundary of the lake. Here, another brainpan can be found nestled between two rocks next to a bush.
- Then, head south to the edge of the waterfall. Fall down, and you will find another brainpan on a couple of rocks on the waterfall's left side.
- Continue south until you hit the lip of the next waterfall. Here, a brainpan can be found near the right edge of the rocky ledge.
- Turn northeast and travel to the end of the lake. Another brainpan can be found here on the ground next to a human skull.
